Living without conveniences such as municipal electricity or water in an area where food and shopping are available.

Just think 10 years from now when I'm old and senile I'll be famous for coining this new word.

Let's hope ten years from now we'll still have the benefit.

Unless I see things before they happen the term Wallydocking has been out there for years. But if you want to take credit for it why not?

You may not have come up with the term, but I think you sure nailed the definition! Bob

golfpro, I was a geoscientist in the Oil and Gas Industry and there just isn't anything that can substitute for gasoline. Sadly, nothing not even natural gas comes close. When the oil is gone you better own a saddle because you'll need it.

The good news is that at today's prices our new shale production will give us another 50 or 100 years automobile use.

chaunlm, years ago and I mean years ago, I was sitting in a bar drinking a nice cold beer and in walked a friend of mine who worked for Standard oil. I asked him where he had been and he said he was in Colordao. he went on to tell me there was enough oil just in Colorado to run the USA for 50 years. and it was that way all over the western side of the Mississippi. Only problem was getting it out out of the ground. the politicians wouldn't let them get it out of the ground. there are oil wells all over the country that are caped because Washington DC won't let them pump it out. My conclusion is, use the mid east oil until it runs out then tap into our oil and use it up, then we will look for a saddle. in that time I will be dead and gone and so will my great great great grand kids too

LOL. Here in Texas round bales are more than $100. I myself paid $120 last week.
