Folks, let's knock off the personal comments as they are not in keeping with our rules or our Mission Statement.

Thanks!

This thread has pretty much been within the rules and many of our members are enjoying it, so we have no reason to close it.

I am very new here, so I will tread carefully.

I love the notion of free parking- Walmart is very decent to offer it considering modern insurance fees and the racket they operate. I also realize the perceived value most folks feel Walmart offers. I personally feel it is only perceived though.

I agree with that, don't like it..... don't look. Just let it go with reports.

I am at the Watertown NY Walmart right now ( shopping ) and there is a MH with six slides ( all out ) , never saw one with six before , jacks down and saw him lastThursday as well.He even has a trash bag out front. Hope he's not waiting for a pickup. So thats at least one week that I know of. Better call the WM police.

Wow! A Walmart with trash pickup just like a campground. Just leave the bag outside.

Shoot, ought to make that two giant slides, one on each side! Next thing you know, someone will figure out how to make a slide within a slide so you can pop out the bow window that's on the kitchen slide or the living room slide...

(And really, really annoy the people who don't want you putting out your slides in the WM parking lot.)

Slide in a slide has been done. I saw it on this site the other night.

Maybe the six slider is the store manager and is trying to save people from having to go inside to ask permission to camp/park.

I'm amazed that Walmart hasn't gotten smart and simply built a little RV park next to the superstores- 24 hour garden center that is also the RV park! Most stores have the room and would be full most nights. Even a basic no frills with electric only would make them a bundle more!
