Actually, he could have done better by going into WM and buying some fish.

Instead of setting up the lawn chairs and a patio mat try these:

1)Get boxes of condoms & randomly put them in peoples' carts when they aren't looking.
2)Set all the alarm clocks to go off at 10-minute intervals.
3)Make a trail of orange juice on the floor to the rest rooms.
4)Walk up to an employee and tell him/her in an official tone, "I think we have a code 3 in housewares," and see what happens.
5)Put some M&M's on lay away.
6)Move CAUTION WET FLOOR signs to carpet areas.
7)Set up a tent in the camping department, tell others you'll only invite them in if they bring pillows from the bedding department.
8)When someone asks if they can help you, begin to cry and ask, "Why won't you people leave me alone."
9)Look right into ! the security camera and use it as a mirror while you pick your nose.
10)Dart around suspiciously while humming the theme from 'Mission Impossible.'
11)While handling guns in the hunting department ask the clerk if he knows where the anti-depressants are.
12)In the auto department practice your Madonna look using different size funnels.
13)Hide in the clothing rack and when people browse through whisper "PICK ME! PICK ME!!!!!"
14)When an announcement comes over the loud speaker assume the fetal position and scream "NO! NO! It's those voices again!"
15)Go to the fitting room and yell real loud....."Hey we're out of toilet paper in here!"

I was just checking out the website at "overnightrvparking.com". It was quite helpful and I was really surprised at the number of Walmarts in Southern California that do NOT allow RVs to park on their lots overnight.

This store has requested No Overnight RV Parking until the present construction project is completed. As of 8/11/11, the project was still under way.

In addition, Walmart's corporate policy is that RVers are to obtain permission from the store manager before parking overnight. (In practice, most store managers delegate the authority to grant or deny permission to the Customer Service desk.)

The absence of signage does not constitute permission to park while not shopping, nor does the presence of other RVs or trucks.

CA has a maximum vehicle length of 40 feet on many highways. I don't think US 101 is one of them. I've never looked it up, as our Bounder is a 35-ft model.

EXCEPTIONS TO MAXIMUM SINGLE-UNIT LENGTH
The following are not included in the 40-foot maximum length:

The two reasons I've found for not using slides in a retail parking lot are:

1. It may project into an area where it could be run into by a vehicle or a pedestrian.
2. Some rigs require use of levelers before extending slides, and levelers can damage some parking lot surfaces.

By extending your slides over a curb and over a grassy area, and by using jack pads, you've prevented both of those issues.
