Wal*Mart sells snow shovels here, and I noticed they even have pavement marking paint, so I can make my own spaces in the parking lots!

New and glad...

I'm new to the site and glad that this discussion wasn't removed. I've been on busses for years, although not RVs, they're very similar. We used walmart parking lots for bus call many many times. In those instances, the cars would remain there for a week or two at a time at the most, which is quite a long time. But, this is in Nashville, where it's a very common practice. Of course, permission is gotten first.
But, we have parked in WM lots all over the country, often over night, in our busses and it was very convenient and very needed at the time. I'm VERY glad they were available.
Now, i have my own '95 Rexhall Aerbus. I'm sure there's a walmart in our future.

Not exactly the same but. We had spent the night at a Wal*Mart (don't remember where),we awoke the next morning to find the side lot next to the garden center full of cars... It seems that part of the lot was being used by commuters to park and the local transit bus would pick them up and take them to their jobs...

I'm going to Wal Mart and buying a snow shovel. I am going to mount the snow shovel on the front of my RV and head south, stopping each evening at WM. As soon as somebody says "hey buddy, what's that mounted on the front of your RV", I will find a campground (a pay for it campground - ) and that's where I will spend the winter. No more WM for me until spring, excpet for our twice weekly trek to tithe at the church of Our lady of perpetual shopping.

Having that shovel mounted on your coach might keep people from parking too close! They will think that guy must have a huge dog if he needs that big of shovel to clean the dog dung off the WM parking lot!!

And don't forget to have them rotate your headlights, and lube the muffler bearings and bumper bushings. And have them align the valvalizing modulator.
They only do these things at Walmart automotive.
