I don't see any hoses, regulator or black pipe left to hook them to!

My guess is someone was moving it and had a problem, so they parked it while they went to get something done to the tow vehicle, or they went to get parts for the running gear repair. Something like that. It appears to be gutted and unused. Who knows...we may see a thread here in our own Vintage section about how someone fixed it up!

Isn't that a mobile home, not a camper?

Maybe it was abandoned there. No title to sell it to a scrap yard. Just another guess.

We were in the store for about half an hour. The unit was gone when we left the store.

Walmart themselves seem happy to host campers, however the City or Town they are located in don't always seem s o happy about it, I've noticed more & more signs in the parking lots saying overnight parking is illegal under municipal codes or by-laws.
Two I used to use between home and my folks in FL are now posted as such, in one the manager told me "Don't worry about the signs, we've been ignoring them since they went up, no issues so far." We stayed the night, and by morning there were 3 others there too. Nobody said a word to us about it.

Arkansas AR Wal-Mart Store Locations Map
The Red W's mean reported no overnight parking and the Yellow W's mean GO in and Ask first. You can zoom in on Little Rock by pressing the + key in the upper left hand corner. Get some fried chicken. It's very good. Good Luck.

Recent WM Stay, Observations
Recently spent some time in Omak, Washington. Spent 3 nights at the Wal-Mart while visiting relatives. We did our usual, pull in, spend the night, leave in the morning and back in the evening. The manager there has no problem with this behavior and it works well for us. We aren't normally there for more than one night, but sometimes taking care of business for an older relative takes longer, as it did this visit.
On our first night, we arrived about midnight. It was still very warm and there was a lot of activity by the RV'ing overnighters. There was one group of trailers, all pulled by black pick up trucks. They had formed a corral right in the middle of a lane of traffic in the lot. Normally I don't care about how people conduct themselves, but thought this unusual enough to take a couple pics. The first in the evening as I was walking back from the store and noticed lots of noise and what seemed like a hundred little kids running around both inside the "corral" and outside of it, and the second the next morning. In the night time pic, you can see my Class A off in the distance in the middle of the pic with the "corral" middle left.
Just thought it was interesting. Mostly I was surprised management would allow them to take over a traffic lane like that.
