Have you ever seen the People of Walmart? The Walmartians?

Go in a Walmart at 3am and you will see people that never see the light of day. These Walmartians are a sort of a cross between a werewolf or vampire or something. Very strange indeed. Kind of creepy!

Wait till it gets to Halloween time. BTW, 3AM is a good time to do a WM. Nobody to get in the way and faster check-out.

Can't do it. We are all asleep in the parking lot after the BBQ.

Maybe you could bribe the WM security rover to give you a 3AM wake-up bump.

Yeah but then we would get into another gun thread about what you would do if you got a knock at the door at 3am.

Last walmart security I saw was in a ford explorer vs a golf cart and he circled the lot all night long. Saw him at the Walmart over in Benton Harbor, MI.

The gasoline to power his ride costs more than his hourly wage.

We still haven't stayed at a Walmart...gasp.

Ok, I'm ignorant. If you had to park, wouldn't it be best to put your coach streetwise west with the awning out to keep it cool?

Yes, normally one would, but they were parked the same way as the OTR trailers were.

"Cool" in Phx during the summer is 90. We see over 100 at midnight quite often.

But when you park at Walmart in AZ it is a dry heat.
When we were out there DW said it was hot, I said probably about 86 or so, but it does not feel as bad as PA.... it was 104.

Yeah, but when you have to wear welder's gloves to open a door, doesn't matter if it's dry heat or not.

Yes, it is a dry heat but so is a oven and you don't see me sticking my head in one of those. We do get high dew points/humidity during July-August and it can be quite uncomfortable. I have a piggyback heat pump/evap cooler and during our monsoons, I have to switch over to AC. It more than doubles my electric bill.
