I have started a list of repair and updates for our MH.
1) New front tires '
2) Replacement toppers for slide outs
3) Shurflo Accumulator Tank

and the regular maintenance stuff. I'm sure the list will grow, once I de-winterize it !

Nothing spectacular yet. Driving from Knoxville to Florence,Oregon first. Then the fun begins. Transfer all things from the Sunnybrook 26ft into aquisition.Clean up and consign TT. Replace carpet with hwood. Add heated tile to bathroom.Stack washer and dryer in the hallway. Decent sound system. Heatpump instead of a/c . Tankless waterheater....... should keep me busy

My annual maintenance/trip preparation list normally runs around 20-25 items. Keep in mind I include such mundane items as polishing the woodwork, filling the propane tank and starting the refrigerator. In short things that might be forgotten.
