Wanted to say thanks!

Just wanted to make mention of the quick response and action taken buy those that run this forum. When I became a supporter recently I was under the understanding that I would get some type of a plaque or something that says IRV2 for being a member. Well, a month had gone by and I still hadn't received it yet. So I contacted the forum and the very next day they said that they were looking into it. Then, the day after that they informed me that they were sending one out to me.
Wow! Pretty good response I'd say. Especially in this day and age of: Press one for English, Press two for customer service, etc., etc.
Again, my thanks. Not so much for the plaque which, of course I'd like to proudly display, but more for the prompt recognition of my inquiry. We don't seem to get that these days.

Well, no. Not exactly a plaque. I suppose it is more like a license plate that says IRV2. At least that's my understanding. And then some folks will go to Wal-Mart or wherever and buy a License plate holder and affix it to their ladder. That's what I was hoping to do. Hope I clarified somewhat.

You will get iRV2 decals which some members adhere to the back of a cheap license plate (for windshield display purposes - like mine below) or can be adhered to the oval plaque that attaches to the Plak-R mounts that clip to one's ladder.

You spoke of "Press 1 for english, 2 for customer service" and so on.

I once wrote a song "Wade through the menus"

The song is in two parts, one sung one spoken.

,The spoken part went something like this:

Thank you for calling 9-1-1, Your call is important to us, In order to help us better serve you please choose from the following menu, Please listen carefully to the choices as our menus have recently changed.

I won't do the whole list but... If you were looking for the way to report a dead body, it was always the last choice, and on the sub menu it was the last choice, and on the sub sub and so on, till finally we got to the manner of death.

"To report a death by natural cuases, please remain on the line for the first available operator"

(The implication being that it would be YOUR death, by old age, that you were reporting).

That's hilarious! And sadly, true!!
Kinda wish I could've heard the whole song!

How does one go about getting an iRV2 decal.
I have been a member for maybe a year.
