One of you that has actually had a problem with them needs to contact the attorney general's office. That will bring their business to a screeching halt.

Send a message via ICQ to Fred and Bonnie
Keep in mind when using "Google", PAID ads are always at the top of search results, very seldom the actual company you are looking for.

prohitches.com BIG mistake. 2 months after my card was charged $799 still no merchandise! Very difficult to contact. Got all kinds of [moderator edit] as to why, from computer program changes to power failures. BEWARE!

I hounded this company to death with phone calls, emails, and threats (followed through) to the tx atty gen ofc. They finally gave me my credit today. Reordered from e-trailer.com, verified they had parts in stock, and ordered. Rec'd email saying parts shipped today.

Hope all of you with problems get them resolved. This company needs to be investigated. Tx atty gen forwarded my email to the tx consumer protection div.

It really pisses me off for somebody to take my money and think they can get away with it. So this is my way of warning others BE CAREFULL OF THESE JECKS.

but who's counting?

Looked up the address for prohitches...it showed this for their address:
The UPS Store
2600 E Southlake Blvd, Ste 120,
Southlake TX 76092
Phone Number: (817) 749-0003
Being that they are at Suite 120-292, I would say that the -292 is a pick up box [same as a PO Box]. So YES, they are SCAMMERS & BEWARE!!!!!!! I never dealt with them.
