We received a quote from Warranty Experts.com and we were surprised by the price and what they covered. It seemed to be extremely fair. It said that if we had no claims prior to end of contract we could get a full refund. Does anyone out there have any first hand knowledge of this company? Like; do most dealers accept this warranty, do you have to fight with them to get a problem fixed, ect.

Thanks
Mike

We also have Warranty Experts, and one of the selling points was the "refund if not used clause."

Haven't had to use them so can't say about their claim service.

Did do some research prior to purchase and found most were happy with them. They are also one of the few that have no BBB complaints (at least at the time I looked).

Warranty Experts is a broker - they do not insure you themselves. Find out which company's contract they are offering to you - then you can get valid feedback from others on that company.

But I do know of a lot of people who have bought service contracts through Warranty Experts and none of them has had a bad word to say. And I know of a few who have ended their coverage and received a partial refund for the unused time. I can't recall anyone so far who has gone to end of contract and received the "no clim" refund.
