Warranty Repair Approvals

Just wondering if anyone know what is the typical response time for THOR to approve warranty repairs at a dealership? We keep getting told that "we are waiting on THOR to approve the repairs".....

If you are dealing with a franchised Thor dealer, he should already know Thor's policies. Is your repair something questionable? Like out of warranty considerations etc. You can always intervene and call Thor yourself.

If it's been at the dealer more than a week, I would just call Thor. I've called them, and found them to have very good customer service.

The item is a seat frame replacement/repair. Our coach is in warranty (less than 5 months old). The issue is an unusual one. The drivers seat does not sit square to the dash. The seat does not lock into a position that is comfortable to drive. It is always a little to the left or right. It appears that the mount into the floor is not centered to allow the seat to be square or that the seat frame is not square. I called Thor last week and the person I spoke with said it was in review status.....The dealer says it is still showing the same..
