A can't disagree with much of what has been said here, but the simple answer to your question is that most used RVs are sold "as-is". That's not really any different than buying most used cars, but RV dealers are a lot less mindful of bad PR and less inclined to make repairs to improve customer satisfaction.
That said, there are dealers who will give you up to 30 days to report problems which were undetected when you drove off their sales lot. Tht's a used vehicle warranty. And some few others who won't give you that warranty in writing, but will still make good on unexpected short term problems. There are still some reputable dealers out there, but they probably aren't the deepest discounters either.
You will also get a 12/12 used vehicle warranty if you buy an ex-rental RV from El Monte or Cruise-America
