Camping World Service Mgr steps up... Thanks to all of you for your feedback. It gave me enough insight to talk frankly with the CW service mgr. He agreed the charge was excessive and cut my bill in half. I agree it should not have happened, but at least they did the right thing and addressed the issue locally.
I was disappointed that several calls to the CEO of CW resulted in no follow up by him or anyone in top management. I never left my local CW info, so I'm sure my Service Mgr's decision was not influenced by anyone. The CEO's customer apathy resonates across their service platform and contributes to the systemic issues CW service in general exhibits.
