Water damage repair

I discovered some water damage, in my 06 Gulf Stream Amerilite, in the back left corner shower area. Thinking it was a leak in the shower wall corner I removed the walls and discovered the water was coming from above which led to removing part of the ceiling. It appears I caught it before any major damage to the structure. Inspecting exterior I discovered it appears there was previous damage at some point because the last three feet of alum. trim/gutter had been cut off and removed and reinstalled at some point. I can,t see any damage to roof material and am in process of determining the actual source of leak. I have been in construction/maintenance most of my life and have the skills to do needed repairs.
My questions are:
How can I find out what is the existing roof material EDPM, TPO or PVC ?
Does each material have a specific sealant or will Dicor or similar brand work on all?
Where is best place to find materials such as interior wall/shower panels and roof repair products ?
I am thinking of replacing the shower walls with Luan then gluing FRP to the Luan.
Does any one have any thoughts on this or suggestions to upgrade from the cheap vinyl covered panels that are existing?

Thanks for any advice you can offer.

Dicor, while more expensive, works well on everything. For RV/MH building supplies here is the place to begin:https://duckduckgo.com/?q=motorhome+...&t=ffnt&ia=web

Thanks Ray for the info. Looks like some good suppliers. I ordered some Dicor sealants and tape. for emergency repairs. I think I narrowed the leak down to failed caulk on the left outside corner. there is a missing corner cap on the alum. trim apex. I haven't had any luck finding a replacement corner cap yet. I may have have to make one from sheet alum. for now. once I source the wall panels I will build a new cabinet for the sink and reinstall.
