water leaks on my 2012 Thor Serrano 34m

My wife and I own a 2012 Thor Serrano 34m. The problem we are having is water leaking around the bedroom slide. The floor on both side of the bed get wet when it rains. Sometimes it gets saturated with water. The are no apparent leaks from the ceiling, so i believe it is coming from around the slide. Is there a way to check to see if I am correct or do you recommend I have it looked at by one of the local Camping World Service Centers. Thanks for any suggestions.

water leaks on my 2012 Thor Serrano 34m

I had a 2011 Serrano 31X with the same issue. Was a super coach for us!
Made an appointment with Thor in Indiana and they fixed it be adding specially designed drain cups on each side of the slide. I asked nice and got it covered by their Good Will funds.
It did not leak if I manually leveled to lean toward that slide. If you check your slide with a level while extended the bottom of the slide will tilt slightly toward the coach.
