Sounds great! So, noticing your route plan of heading to the SE, I assume that is partially due to onset of cold with winter?

That's one beautiful class C! I am envious.

I'm in Tennessee -- Knoxville, to be precise -- if you need a driveway to park in for a night or two once you're down this way, mine's pretty big. Let me know!

Just wondering if this blog ever got started. I would love to hear your stories about traveling with a family. My wife and myself have been living in our TT with our 4 kids since June and will eventually go 'fulltime', possibly next year. Just small trips on the weekends for now. I'm interested in how you guys are fairing. How is the children's schooling progressing? What kinds of meals do you eat while traveling? Definitely interested in all aspects of the 'mobile home'.

Well, we didn't winterize... its been 70 almost daily since december with a few nights of DEEP FREEZE 30 degree weather... haha. We just left the water on a little. Other than that, the beach is nice in Ocean Springs, MS

Hi folks! Congrats on the retirement! We took the step last april and have enjoyed every minute of it! That's a great looking rig you've got! If you get anywhere near Columbus, MS give us a call. Would love to meet you guys. There's a great COE CG here in Columbus (Dewayne Hayes) that you would really enjoy! Good luck, keep it between the ditches, and God bless!

Hard to believe its almost been a year. We will be back in Seattle in May. We are about 90% sure we will stay out another 6 or so months and do the loop again. Maybe a Year?

Here is a picture of our rig opened up when we were in Alb. NM last week.

Here are the stats on what we've recorded so far.

AVG PPG $3.89
Totalt Gals 958.329
Total Miles 8210
AVG MPG 9.05
AVG CPM .43
AVG MPH 61.42.
Best MPG 10.14
Highest PPG $4.29
Lowest PPG $3.65
Hours Driven 200 +

Bags of sunflower seeds eaten 12.3

Landcruiser is still holding strong at 191. Just rewarded it with new rubber.
