$140.00 per month, parked outside, gated with 24 keypad access. VERY very tight lot, no hookups, no dump station. In the winter you are mostly snowed in because there is no place to p[low the snow to. Close to home. Would pay double or more, for indoor storage.

We pay $900 a year for inside storage top sides and back inclosed with locked door, 24hr key pad entry, gravel well maintained access. Have power but just for lights will not run trailer. It is a 40' by 12' spot. and best of all it only 2 miles from the house.

In Michigan $50/mo outside, secure keypad access, no utilities. In Florida adjacent to the SRQ airport, $85/mo outside, gated, no utilities.

WOW...I am paying $400/month indoor storage. Valet service...just because they are parked so tight. Power is available if needed.

AND I have to provide my own K-Y every month

Gotta get out of Calif.

107/mo three sides covered, no power or water.

I'd pay for power if they'd drop a hookup line. There are talks of it. It's a new site so still under construction a bit. All the covered sites were taken in the first month.

We used to pay a little more for a closer covered spot with 20amp but the spot was too small for our new TT.

Good idea to see if there's any kind of fire suppression system installed. This was in March '14. Big losses.

Here on long Island, NY. Outside, Gated code access. No electric, no water. We get plowed in when it snows $250 per month. Same spot 23 years started at $39. per month. There are no other locations around. We get raises about 10 % per year. At least it is close to home. We even got flooded out when Super Storm Sandy hit lost a car there that we leave when we travel, we were in Indiana in our MH .

We will be keeping ours on our property with a full cover on a concrete slab. I like being able to go out and work on it anytime I wish.
