What is PQCC?

Traveling South yesterday from Harrisburg Flying J to Tabor City NC. Saw about 30 rigs w/a logo on the back that was PQCC all in green.

No success w/Google. Any ideas? Maybe the Q was something else. Just curious.

Actually it was FQCC and it does look like a Quebec RV Club. There are a bunch of them in Florida. Must be a big rally.
