I really thought this was a simple but clever post about identifying odors in your RV or Motorhome:

Sometimes the burned toast smell is just that. Although I usually don't realize it until the smoke alarm goes off.

i sincerely thought this would be a list of items like deceased rodents, hidden sweatsocks and swimsuits, and forgotten half-finished sandwiches that wander under/between cushions...... poor aim in the lavvy.... five days in the driver's seat without a shower...... fresh water tank filled in upstate New York...(heavy sulfur)..... something wandered into an open storage locker while you weren't looking and shut the door, six months ago......

i've found several dessicated Georgia field mice since i brought the SW home.... so dry they have no odor.

When we went to clean out the refrig compartment on the outside of our coach there were a dozen dead frogs. Lets just say we just bought the coach and these stowaways surely are not welcome. Also found some in the furnace vent. Now we have replace both the refrig and furnace not of course because of frogs but no more smell.

A few years ago when I was opening up my motorhome I found that someone had been living in it, on my property behind my home!!!!

A simple cleanup, scrub down, shampoo, and a few security lights later I felt better...

wow... seems like they went to a lot of trouble to remain undetected! if they'd been more diligent in housekeeping you might never have known they were using it. would have been a rude awakening for them if you'd simply have driven off with them snoozing inside.... well; probably for ALL of you.

Ya, It was behind the barn away from the view of our home. We think it was just kids hanging out in there. All we really found was trash.

CRAZY KIDS

I now have a motion light inside with an extension cord connected not to a bulb but a siren. No problems so far...
