Many companies handle RV insurance and most all are reputable. The premium cost, however, varies immensely based on a wide variety of parameters, so the company that is least expensive for one person may well be most expensive for another. You have to do your own shopping, i.e. get quotes for the amount & type of insurance you need. There are agencies that specialize in RV insurance, e.g. Miller RV Insurance that can help, plus you should get a quote from your current auto insurer as well.
For some people the toughest part is determining the coverage they need, e.g. how much liability, deductible for collision and comprehensive, whether to get ACV or replacement value coverage, personal property loss amounts, and so on. If you just call an agent and say "give me 2 lbs of rv insurance", you will get an answer but you may or may not have good insurance.
We have used AARP-The Hartford, National General, and Allied. Periodically we re-shopped to get better terms or coverages or both.
