The NUT, looks like a ledger bolt.

This is not something you will likely find at a dealer or your local ACE/ACO hardware or Home improvement store.

If you find a "Fasteners" store.. The kind of store where they always have a few (hundred Thousand) screws loose.. Odds are they can fix you up promptly.
Great idea on the fastener store. We've got a R & E fastener store here in town. Taking bolt down there today. Thanks.

One of the nuts is what's missing.
That looks like a variation of a "blind nut".

If you can match the thread you could probably grind off the tangs and cut a slot in the flat surface. They have some sizes in Home Depot and Lowes ... usually in the specialty drawers.

An alternative (depending on depth of door and surface the nuts are seated against) might be to remove the rod and replace it with a new threaded rod with couplers on each end and screws that go in the couplers. (like 2 of these with threaded rod between).

Not yet. Been driving around with the bolt in the car trying to find time to get to the fastener store, R&E.
