Is there supposed to be a picture of said button? Or do we just start throwing out random answers?

It would be nice if there was a picture or a location. Taking a guess, rocker switch on the A pillar above the mirror switch, is for heated mirrors and don't come on if wan outside. Switch on the side of the drivers seat is to connect house bats to chassis bat to start If chassis bat is low on power.

It is mirror defrost. It is a add on with the Velvac Mirrors and would not be in your chassis owners manual.

Is it a toggle switch between left mirror and right mirror?

Heated both mirrors at the same time! You should read the posts if you ask a question rather then keep asking the same question.

Nope, the switch that toggles between sides is in the middle of the left/right/top/bottom rocker switch.

I agree, the button above is a mirror defrost switch. On our new car, mirror defrost will not activate when outside temp is above a certain temperature. Maybe the OP is trying it in warm weather and is the reason why it doesn't come on. Or, maybe there's just something broken.

It's mirror defrost. I have the same one and it's always hot on my MH, even when the ignition is off. I was originally told by the dealer it turned on the power mirror operation (there is no heated mirror symbol on the mirrors) and it's the reason my chassis battery was always running down. Now that I know what it is, and keep it turned off, the chassis battery is fine.
