We try to make sure that we don't ourselves become the Guest that becomes too friendly, and we've been lucky so far and have not experienced "neighbors" that were such. Should that occur, I would simply turn the ignition switch to the start position next day and move on down the road.

Does your wife make you sleep in the truck or maybe in a tent?

Ditto.. I am not sure if we have ever experienced an "over friendly" neighbor but if ever someone falls into that category I am sure that I could find a way to excuse myself without being rude or offensive. For those who don't want to socialize may I suggest that you don't display a welcome sign and instead post a No Trespassing sign at onset of your site in order that I don't mistakenly try to conversate with you.

I send them over to my grumpy neighbor who was parked in my spot and then had the nerve to try helping me set up when I arrived.

I have been approached by all kinds of people at all times of day while relaxing, eating or working. I can't remember a time that I felt someone to be rude or to have overstayed their welcome. You meet all kinds and all are entertaining in their own way. I probably talk more than most so maybe that's the key. There is one type I really dislike. Those that have done it all, seen it all or play the one upmanship game. Lets face it if you have those three qualities there is really no reason to talk to anyone but yourself.
