Installed a Dirt Devil when we bought it wife loves it. First thing she said after buying the MH she asked, are you going to install a vacuum like you did in the Avion?

We discovered a $40 Bissell vacuum at Walmart that does a fantastic job in our coach. It seems like it has about the same power as the vacuum in our S&B but miniature in size. It stores well in a closet or shower.

I bring our Rainbow along.. It does a great job of getting the desert out of the coach while we are in Tucson for the winter. It might be big and cumbersome but it does the job and gets the dog hair out too..

I just bought the Eureka Quick Up stick vacuum. For $25 you can not beat it and it really does work good. Glad this thread came along for all the ideas.

Is handheld acceptable? I've been fulltiming for well over 10 years, and have always used a handheld as my regular vacuum because it fits perfectly in the storage space I have.

Like you, my big deal is lifting the pile on the carpet and I cannot believe the amount of suction on this Eureka Easyclean:

Eureka Easy CleanŽ 71B Handheld Vacuum

I used a hand-held Dirt Devil for years, and it had good suction, but this thing blows the socks off that one. One review said it would suck the paint off a wall, and that's not much of an exaggeration.

It's bagless, but I've gotten used to that.

I've never seen it in a store, so I had to order it online, sight unseen. But I love that thing.

Electrolux stick vacuum via Costco. Not recommended. It's a hand held dust buster with a long handle and charger base. The packaging is good, but the performance is only marginal.

We have the Dyson handheld from Costco. Mounted the holder/charger just behind the passenger seat. Takes up zero space and will do the entire coach on a single charge. Really Sucks...
