Ordered the Power Master Voltage Controller today. Should be here Tue or Wed. Charge has hit the bank so I guess it counts. Pics of installation elsewhere when installed.

Stuff we didn't have last year and wanted, dish tv and surge protector
Stuff that broke last year, water filter and pressure regulator
... And, for the tree lined drive at our kids ranch, a Ryobi cordless pole saw ( which I can use on the palm trees at home )

Just bought two 1 1/2 inch pvc fittings, 4 foot of flexable drain hose and two part epoxy and replaced the drain hose from the kitchen sink to gray water tank connection. The old one decided it didn't want to be flexable anymore and was leaking. (what a mess) The kitchen and sofa are in the slide in my coach. The fitting at the sink area was between a wood brace and the stove and was very difficult to get to. Couldn't even get a basin wrench on it. Just barely could get my fingers on it to tighten it up. Fortunately it doesn't have to be that tight to seal. Checked it out for leaks and seem to be good to go. Let slide in and out several times to make sure it was ok. Of course if it is going to leak it will do it while i'm away from home at 10:00 at night when I set up the coffee pot for next morning. Of course y'all realize this is not the last thing I will buy.

Well, with the freeze warning at Yellowstone I knew to take the hose in, kinda left the filter and regulator on the spigot.
What do I know, SoCal born and raised.

HA! I guess I don't have to worry about that very much down here in Mississippi!!!
But, we did have a massive hail storm this week. Lots of damage.
