Wanabee FTer and dunlapml,

Those SONY 5 1/4" speakers sound GREAT ! They are 4-way speakers (I thought they were 3), and they seem to represent most of the frequencies quite well. At least, the songs I was listening to sound fuller.

Then again, ANYTHING is a significant improvement when compared to those cheapie OEM speakers.

I suggest you guys "test listen" to them at Walmart. The thing is, the whole cone is exposed, so people may have a strong desire to push them in and ruin it, so it may not sound all that great in the store. I didn't "test listen" them (actually, I sent my g/f to buy them), but because I am a SONY fanboi, I know that they would sound great.

And luckily for me, they do.

I ran mine off of a Coleman inverter. Never fired up the genny for the fridge. Got my fridge at HD also, closeout model, stainless steel look...$188. Worked great, cooled right away...not like propane, wait, wait, wait.

A 25' 30A power cord extension to have "just in case" and a 7" color backup camera system! It arrives today.... along with some rain so it will be a few days before I get it installed.

What size Coleman inverter ran your fridge? Want to get one for my fridge, just not sure of the size inverter I need.

I ran mine off of a 400 watt continuos/800 watt peak Coleman inverter. I only used it for the fridge while on the road. when I got to the CG I used 120v. I mounted the inverter near the batteries and ran Romex and a box to the fridge. For trips 2 hrs or less you can cool everything down at home on 120 and go. Hook up at the CG and have fun. The fridge stays nice and cool as long as you don't open the fridge door too much. I keep a six pack and some water near me in a ice chest while driving anyway. (not beer!)

Hmmmm funny you should ask

Koni FSD Shock Absorbers-4 each. UltraTrac Rear Trac Bar, Safe-T-Plus Steering Control, Tru Trac Bar for W-22 for Workhorse W Series Chassis.

There, that should make the rig safe to drive.

I feel sorry for the first owner of the this MH. He paid a lot of money for a an unsafe piece of junk. I don't know how Workhorse gets away with peddling this stuff.
