It will still send cable and Satelite though through the system. Alternatives are too expensive just to make it work for everything.

32" LED flat screen TV for front cabin
Wifi BluRay DVD for front cabin
Solid mount for TV
Sound Bar Surround Sound for front cabin
28" LED flat screen TV for bedroom
Wifi BluRay DVD for bedroom
Swivel mount for That TV
2 HDMI cables for both
Couldn't you buy an inexpensive digital to analog convertor and then send the analog to an rf convertor and then send it to your coax switching box? What outputs does the DVD have just hdmi or does it have other digital outputs?

I was thinking the same thing, but the problem with that is the loss of quality. In order to preserve the blue ray image quality for the rear TV, he would have to extend the HDMI back there somehow.

There are HDMI -> COAX extenders available, but I haven't found one for less than $300. He could do it over twisted pair much cheaper, but then he'd be pulling a wire through the coach.

I think he found the best solution; a second DVD player. That way he can watch 'RV' with Robin Williams for the 108th time while the DW watches something else.

One thing I PLAN to buy my MH this next year is a flat screen w/built in DVD for the bedroom. I never did like running the front DVD/VCR through the switch box system ...we have rarely done that due to the hassle of having controls up front while watching in the rear.

I don't think there is a lifetime warranty any longer.

From another thread:
I was following the thread on that, seems the new owner has backed off on the "life time" stuff. Mine was 1990's so I didn't even try, Amazon $34.
