BTW, don't even bother with those cheapy crimping tool when you make your custom length RG6 coaxial cables. Go with the compression tool. It's a bit more expensive, but the connection is far more secure.
Wow! nice post.

How do like the ice maker? In the market, depending on response, may be my next purchase.

Thanks.

9" LCD 12 volt color TV for use also as a rear monitor ($129). A GE wired color camera (9 volt thru an adapter right now) with night vision for the rear camera on the coach ($44)
It works great, but I am going to get a Cig lighter male end and a connector for the camera so I don't have to use an inverter to go from 12 volt to 120 volt back to 12 volt!!
The old 3.5" monitor was a black & white 1989 model with images burned in so much that the rear camera view was useless.

Ours is a Haier but they all look pretty similar. Had it for four I think and wouldn't be without one. It has paid for it self many times over producing ice mostly to fill coolers. At $2 a bag it doesn't take long.

They are a little labor intensive as you have to fill it. We put a Y in the fresh water hose and keep a nozzle next to it. Any time I stroll by it gets emptied or filled if needed. The ice isn't as solid as your home freezer but if you collect some in a baggie and put it in the MH freezer it's better.

Bought a new 30 amp male connector to replace the original one going bad on our shore power cord. Also bought a 25' 30amp extension cord. ....and incidentally re-upped our Good Sam membership. :-)

YC1,

Thanks for that post. Looks like something really handy for folks out in the boondocks.

Just got Magna Shades for the front if the MH (sure cuts down on the heat), a new Revolution 200 LED bulb for the porch light (love it!) And another 100 feet of water hose (you can never have too much hose).

And...we did use all that hose today in the forest to fill up the tanks.

Since I just modified my clear entry handle for a light inside it I am going to try to have the motion detector run that too. That will be cool.

Windshield and side window cover for the old Class C. Nice fit and cuts down on the heat.

Two 235 watt solar panels, 4 deep charge batteries and 60 amp voltage controller. Now I can go dry camping in my 34ft SeaView.

Help!! I have a '91 Pace Arrow that has a couple of broken basement door locks. I have looked everywhere I can think of....can't find anything even close.
questions....is there a boneyard for old Pace Arrows where I might find these? I found a TriMark lock that looks similar, but is not the same. Would it be possible to change out my old locks for these?

I am moving to a new RV park that is very strict about presentation, and I know they won't let me stay unless I can show them a purchase order!

Anyone, please!

Thanks
