Today I installed a "Beach scene" rear mural on my RV. Bought it on ebay. Looks great!

Ball joints, brake master cylinder, right front caliper and brake line . . . $1500

The sad part is the master cylinder and caliper had both been replaced a couple years ago (at separate times). I think that the brake line was damaged earlier when I had the front airbags replaced and that made the master cylinder work harder and slowed down the release of the cylinder causing overheating??

Anyway . . . glad to have it back from the shop and it seems to drive better!

KEN-55............Not unusual for rubber brake lines to need to be replaced due to internal cracking (loose debris) which causes brake fluid pressure to fail to release. That causes caliper to not release and heats up pads and rotors. That has happened on two of my previous vehicles. Best of luck on the repairs this time.

Not really for the RV, but for the RV lot. I bought an extra rail post to match those we used on the deck and used it to cover the galvanized water stand pipe.

Didn't actually buy it, but we got a wine chiller from Dometic. We had to have our fridge replaced this spring and a few weeks ago I got a letter from the repair shop we use that had a Dometic promotional flier enclosed. They were offering, free of charge, either an ice maker or the wine chiller for anyone who had replaced or bought a Dometic fridge and spent over $1200. Since we drik a fair amount of wine and rarely use ice, we decided on the chiller.

We met the criterion (our swap-out set us back almost $1800) so we filled out the form and mailed it in. Ten days later, UPS brought us a package containing the wine chiller. According to the promo, it retails for $250.

We have it the house at the moment but will be installing it the MH for next season. Our season came to an abrupt end last week when I dislocated the middle finger of my left hand. It will be in a splint for about a month and makes driving difficult. By that time, RV travelling will be close to the end of our season since it will have gone colder and the days much shorter.

Bilstein HD's. These are the front two. Rears are back ordered due to design change (at least that's how it was explained to me).
