For those that are in the know, We took the $75.00 and shopped @ CW, bought lots of little things for the MH. The bars that hold stuff in the fridge, Magnet Door holders(for a better term)for screen door, special tool to get my water heaters Ionizer Rod out to see if its shot, 2 lighters one to start the water heater one to start the Fridge, water filter, Three Plastic bottles for Ketchup, Mustard and Mayonnaise and a free 3 night 4 day stay at a resort, (Had to listen to a 90 minute sales pitch) but it was okay kind of like the idea of the resorts they have to stay at.

Hows the Flag doing? I have been interested in getting one but I would think all the waving the flag does it would loosen up the ladder. I am leaning on getting the kind you drive over a plate type thing, and then add the pole and flag.?

TPMS ordered yesterday. It was cheaper than just one of the new tires I bought a couple of weeks ago. All this tire blowout talk convinced me to replace all 6 tires instead of only the 4 aged out rears and I figured I may as well go all out.
Cheap insurance really. And I've got to admit, I have become used to having TPMS in the last few cars/trucks I've owned. If I'm lucky, they'll arrive before our scheduled trip to NC.

I've not had any problems. I'll take it down if high winds or storms are in the offing - it takes only seconds.

An additional plug between the lights on the motorhome and car. Hubby tested and tested and the lights wouldn't work on the car. He finally chased it down to the plug from the motorhome, bought one to put between the 2 and it went from 6 volts to 12. Took awhile to figure it out.
A can of rustoleum white paint for me to brush on around the gauges in the propane tank I painted.
Glue for 2 gaskets that were loose under the bay doors. A can of white rustoleum paint to touch up rust places on the white panel in the water compartment for now.
We also think all that was wrong with the step was the batteries were low on charge, jeez!
And we pulled the weight chart from the Michelin site for the 275/70 XZA2 Energy tires and found out they were inflated to high. We were starting to think we had real steering issues. Dropped the fronts and rear tires to 85psi per the chart for about 9000 pounds in the front and 19000 in the back. Took it for a run, steered more like it did before the new tires.
So some inexpensive fixes today.

Thom just got me a "Genuine Buddy 170i Scooter". 170cc fuel injection engine that technically go 65+ mph so technically it go on a highway. (I doubt I will take it on the highway but the option is there just in case.) We are also adding a back rack and trunk for just a little more storage, besides whats under the seat.
Thom wanted me to have something for just putting around and doing the quick trips to the store. I don't really drive stick, which the car is, and I can no longer pick up a motorcycle so a scooter is a compromise. Gives me some mobility without the weight. Besides we can, if needed, just put it inside the RV and take off since it is around 230lbs.
Here's a review that was written about the Buddy's - Genuine Buddy 170i Scooter Review - Motorcycle USA

NAPA #1060 oil filter. Taking to shop for service, and check out. The oil filter replaced the original smaller one with one qt size.

5 gals of Rotella T 15/40w. ( I already had some. Oil filter.
Going down today to find something to clean black oil stain off concrete. It was tough to pour from the bottom 8" inches of a 55 gal drum into a funnel.

Actually two things...
counter top washing machine and an expandable clothes dryer. I've tried out the washer here in stick house and it works fairly well. Nothing heavy, but lingerie and light linens work well. Those are what I run out of first. I often have to line dry or lay flat to dry here in stick, so this little clothes dryer is perfect.

Sunsetter and others make a flagpole bracket that you can bolt onto the rear bumper. I had the same concerns about attaching anything to a ladder. Driving over a plate to hold the pole sounds like more than I would want to do but just dropping the pole into a pipe mounted on the bumper sounds a lot easier.
