New spring for awning had it put on.not bad 126.00 for spring and one hour labor total 255. I could not of done it. Nice to have a local RV repair shop so close

Thank you, Camping World Customer Care ?I bought this item on the 30th of July. The order never went thru. I called and ordered it again I received all of my other items in about a weeks time. Never got this item I checked the web site said it was back ordered until 12 Sept. I thought okay I checked the web site again last Monday 30 July web site said item was on back order until 28 Sept. I needed it before the Labor Day Weekend. I called another company on Monday ordered the same item for $5.00 more in price and the same amount in shipping. Guess what I received today 01 Sept a tracking number from UPS it says the package is going to be delivered tomorrow 02 Sept. I called and cancelled this order with Camping World. Camping World could of at least sent me an e-mail telling me that they could not get the item until the last day of Sept. Also I called CW Customer Service in Bowling Green, the person was rude and acted like so if you do not like our policies so what. I will think twice before I order anything from CW again.?
I wonder if it struck a never?
