A Parking Space

We just signed the papers on 10 acres in Rural Arkansas with septic, electricity and water to use as our main retreat.

Start capacitor for roof airconditioner..

The smoke escaped from the original capacitor.

Note: Everything electrical/electronic works on smoke.. if the smoke escapes the unit stops working and will bot work until the smoke is replaced.

Since my last post a few hours ago, I have ordered a upgrade for the tie-down system on my Tow Dolly which is apart of my MH, so does that count?

Check it out here: EZE-TOW new tie down system

There is the link to the Acme EZE-Tow Site and a video showing the upgraded system.

Cost with shipping form NC to Wa was $194.00. Still have to have the existing eyes removed and the channels welded onto the Dolly, so maybe another $100.00 all total.

I bought and installed a small solar powered fan to help the fridge coils to cool better. It was a fun mod.

First it was the 6 new tires which were attached to the new MH now I am installing a ceiling fan in the bedroom. How many years will it take to get this personalized the way we want it?
