i got rid of 2000 splendide washer/dryer combo. it didn't dry well, could only do small loads. now i have an extra space and 300 lbs lighter.

Water damage being the main catalyst , I took out the Allure vinyl plank that I put installed in 2008. It was better than the carpet that I replaced, but it had its own problems.

In its place I put in Carpet Tiles!

https://www.flickr.com/photos/97815506@N06/

Ordered from Carpet Corp. of America, Rome, GA. Needed ~230 ft2. Bought what they call a short lot, less that 500 ft2. It was one of two on our short list @270 ft2 for $0.99/per. Saved $0.30 per ft. Delivered to my door in AZ for $439!

Steps and a little trim left to do!

Good to know. I drive by that exit twice a day on my commute. No more commuting after July 3rd....finally hanging up the gloves!

Thanks for making another job for me.

Sleep Aid

A new Sealy Posturepedic queen size mattress to replace the sleep-number that came with the coach. Broken several times, we just got fed up with it ...

Six new tires, 5 qts of 5w-20 full synthetic oil, filter, air filter, new tubes of black grease, two marker lights, new tire valve extensions, and the makings of a few Black Russians. Still have to find a new third brake light and a few more "little" things.

New Sani-con twist-on macerator system..................................

Old one started leaking from a crack at the gray water bypass elbow. 1 month shy of the 1 year warranty running out.
Took macerator and receipt to Camping World. No parts. Swap out with a new one.
Computer couldn't find the original transaction. I had receipt. Refunded purchase price and rebought new one - same price.
Now I have another 1 year warranty!!

It is a Wingfoot. Someone asked what I paid for the tires. Taxes, balancing, everything ended up being 810.00 per tires.
