Hit Wal-Mart today and picked up a telescoping window squeegie, a pot/pan strainer, insecticide, a duffel bag and batteries.

Went camping last weekend, got home today. The Old Mill campground was not only beyond Cell coverage but the logging roads we traveled weren't on the GPS we have either. Called to get directions to the place via the obsolete CB.

Yesterday on the Turquoise Trail, stopped at a thrift store. (Fun!) I found a great print in a nice frame for the bathroom. Marked $5. I paid $2.50. Would've paid $5 if push came to shove.

Jim--
I did not install my M&G myself, and after watching the install by professionals, I think I made the right choice. The M&G requires a bit of adjustment in order to get the tolerances correct. The guy who installed mine as done this for years, and he fiddled and fiddled until he was satisfied that it was ok before he bolted it down. Also, it required moving a few things inside the engine compartment that I would not have been confident enough to do.
I originally thought the M&G, particularly in a Jeep, was an easy install. I was corrected by the mechanic--he said the M&G goes in super easy in an F150, but Jeeps have things pretty tight around the brake systems.
Your AF1 is a completely different animal for the install, so I don't know how difficult it would be to install. My instinct tells me it's not as difficult because you aren't tapping into the Toad brakes at all, but I can't say that with experience.

Since it's a new one.....
....ya have to buy stuff! This week included new cupboard and refrigerator bars (rear kitchen model, you know what that means) and an Oxygenics showerhead. First thing I bought for the new TT was a memory foam mattress topper and I am so glad I did. Planned purchases? Well, since this TT's awning is far wider than the previous TT which was 12 feet, it's time to start looking for an 18 foot mat for outside.

I bought 3x IKEA LED lightning stripes for wardrobe that works with AAA batteries (6 each!) and detect movement, they light very well when we open the wardrobe's door and switch off by themselves when we close the door. I installed them on the 3 wardrobes
I cannot find them on their website, they look like this
leothoughts: Ikea DIODER drawer light!

I installed the AF1 in my Jeep. I had to build elected to build some brackets for the control module, and running the tubing neatly took some time. The Jeep has an electric vacuum pump with a check valve that has to be considered, but otherwise not a difficult DIY job. JMO.

Bought a Dyson AM 09 ELECTRIC heater and fan to have a very quiet and effective heater for the MOHO. Like everyone says the only thing not to like is the price. On sale for $350 Bed Bath Beyond and with the 20% off coupon they shipped it to us for a total cost of $300. I am very aware of noise so this device meets my criteria for quiet and well designed.

If you are still looking for something to buy ...
then go to the classifieds and look under accessories, where I posted an ad for Flexsteel furniture.
Cheers,
