Jay: too late to help you, but you can send your tow bar back to Blue Ox and they will completely rebuild it. Usually runs about two hundred dollars. Lot cheaper than a new one.

I believe so. Several of the company's do. You have to have a RGA (returned goods authority) number. Call them to get the number and make sure they still do it.

NOW you tell me.

Good to know, but we'll be constantly moving until we land in Florida around the 1st of November and didn't want to wait that long. It's also an upgrade from our last one with the "guaranteed not to lock up" release latches.

More LED lights....what else. New bulbs for more inside fixtures (forgot to take pics), a new motion sensor porch light (paid half what I did for the SmartLight we got 5 years ago & this one is MUCH brighter). Also got 2 LED projectors that display light patterns. These will do tripple duty: shining on trees at a campground & at both Halloween & Christmas at home.

P.S. to Jay (if Peggy got the projectors, guess what?....I found them - for half price vs what we paid at the rally - on the internet w/free shipping!!)

How is it one careless match can start a forest fire but it takes a whole box to start a campfire?

Lori, We negotiated a bit on the lights and got two for $65. Not quite 1/2, but we've now got them with us.

If I count my trip fuel price in as a shipping cost, these were the most expensive "cheap" lights I've bought.

That's unusual for the BriteTek to do that. Our 2002 DSDP that we traded in in Feb still had the original roof with no soft spots or bubbles. The material is guaranteed for 12 years so that should be covered but the labor isn't.

I've replace about 30 of the halogen puck light bulbs with LED's, only another 30 to go, then I can start on the sconces and incandescent bay lights!
Got 40 more LED bulbs in today, hope they're the right ones this time. Took a month to get them to take the others back and ship new ones. USPS site says they're in the mailbox at home now.

I've spent several hundred on LED bulbs. Whomever gets our coach next will reap the rewards of my upgrades as even the used coaches I'm considering for our next RV already have LED bulbs so I doubt any of the ones in our Bounder will transfer.

I hope this counts. I bought 4 drink holders to use when we are playing cornhole while camping.
