I check tire pressure before each trip. The pressure had been checked the night before we left. The tire was five years old. There was a small hole. less than 2 inches. It was a Goodyear. Tires are always covered when in storage. No damage to the motorhome. The blowout was a defect. No marks on tire. This is the first blowout on modern RV tires. The other tires were in the "old days" in the seventies and eighties. I have never had a blowout on my cars.

I had to do that for the S&B, but did find shredded paper towels in the basement as I hadn't put the Fresh Cab in yet. I used Fresh Cab throughout and a week later placed a peanut butter baited trap near the shreds. Two weeks later, still no mouse so the Fresh Cab is doing its job.
We've caught over a dozen mice in the S&B so far. It's the time of year they seek out warm winter quarters.

Solar Upgrade

Had 4 Grape 160 watt panels installed, Magnum 3012 Inverter/charger, Morningstar 60A MPPT controller. Now broke! Next year replace the 300lbs or so of TVs with LCD/LEDs. Also change out bulbs with LEDs.
