A new bed... Not for us but for the motorhome. Ripped out the 30 by 30 asphalt pad under the carport and replaced with 6" of concrete. Now to let it cure....

Shows you what a ripoff CW is. I stay far away from that place. Like Bed Bath and Beyond, another ripoff store marking up 300% +.

Can tell me how you are doing that? Particularly the roof part of mounting. Are you using all the same wholes? Pics would be great.

I am discovering that many TV stations are no longer broadcasting over the air. Instead, they are feeding the cable and satelite inputs directly. And why not, 99% of the public are now using cable media. They are saving a ton of money. Broadcasting is expensive and uses a ton of power. So your RV antennas are going to be all but useless soon, if not already. You will need to have Directv, Hughsnet, or Dish Network to receive signals in your RV. So you don't want to invest a ton of money in an antenna. You are rearranging chairs on the Titanic.

While that is true with a lot of local networks, the national net works have no plan on removing over the air any time soon. There is a large group of users that have no access to cable or satellite for one reason or another. As well the emergency broadcast system would not allow it. Besides, you don't spend a ton of money in regular antennas anyway.
