Bought a camping table at a yard sale for $7. More table than I really wanted, but could not beat the price.

Great info! Just emailed to get a cost estimate. We will be passing near there in mid-December.

Bought 2 chairs last week. We've been looking for a couple of years for a decent chair, and just never came across anything that suited us. Been using cheap bag chairs. Tried the zero gravity chairs- couldn't stand them. Others were way too much money. Found these directors chairs with the side table (not the real tall ones) at Turkey Trot in Yellville Arkansas for $25.00, and we really like them. They actually came from Orschelins.

The only reliable source I found is Maxxfan (Airxcel) directly as I could find just one other 'net reseller which after talking to them, decided not a good choice. This is the phone (316) 832-4357. The lady who answers after many rings will take your order for about $13 plus about $6 USPS shipping. It comes with full instructions though you do have to know your units actual model number as there is a different one for manual or power lift (ours). That model number is on the roof side and under the lid. The repair takes about 5-10 minutes with a Phillips head screw driver with the quiet after listening to the clunking is music

New front spring for the Carefree of Colorado Spirit FX Awning. Previous owner had changed it prior to my purchase in 2009. Should be able to install tomorrow prior to placing coach in hibernation until next spring. Hope the snow will let me get it out of the barn in mid April.

Thanks, I will have to give them a call this winter and replace it in the spring on our first outing. I hate working in the cold.
