No chance of that because I was stupid enough to not add full coverage for the trip because I never in my life would have dreamed such a thing would happen. I knew she was mechanically sound, tires only had a couple thousand miles on them and properly pressured, etc.
Second stupid mistake was never having gotten around to replacing the fire extinguisher.

I just bought a low power tp-link https://amzn.to/2Z2kAU2 AP that supports 2.4 &5 Ghz AC WiFi that I configured as a Client for the Raspberry PI that I am running the Venus OS on to monitor my Victron Solar Controllers and upload that data to the VRM internet portal. I picked up another one of these 12v to 5v micro usb devices to power it from the battery. https://amzn.to/2X19SLK

Now I need to find a new Ethernet switch to run off a micro usb cable too! -Bill

Bill - following. This looks like it would be helpful in the coach for WiFi? I would like to use with combined WiFi/cell extender?
I’m not to bright in this subject so bare with me if I ask dumb questions.

Wow that was an expensive stay at Red Bay Alabama. We had the following done besides final warranty work.
1. New custom spice and wine cabinets built and installed
2. Traveler's satellite (DISH) installed with two Wally's
3. Safe-T bar installed
4. Oil change (coach and generator), wheel alignment.
Left Red Bay 4K lighter

Did you know you can use existing house telephone wiring to locate your monitor inside the coach?

This reminds me of my house several years past- a Medalion all electric home. I got a special rate for electricity, until the legislators decided that was not fair to others. My monthly bill doubled right away. Electric hot water is very costly.Electric car/RV I can see what will happen with that!! Wait till you plug in!!!

Curtain Installation using Ikea Curtain Wire.

The pictures are from the bedroom. The ones in the front are the same, but at the present they are not available. My father-in-Law is asleep in there now. :-)

Here is a link to the wire
https://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/60075295/

Here is link to the hangers
https://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/80212201/

We ignored the hangers and used only the clips. They have held on throughout Alaksa where we managed to get this 16 ton vehicle airborne on several frost heaves that were not marked. (Whee...)

The installation at the top is shown in Picture 1. In our coach there is a heavy piece of wood at that position so I used the supplied screws to anchor the wire to the wall. The assembly has an adjustment to tighten the wire. So far the wire has not stretched.

Picture 2 shows what the top of the curtains looked like after they were cut off and hemmed The curtains are hemmed so they are about 4 inched from the floor when installed. The curtains came from a local home goods store. They were chosen for light blocking and good look on the back side. Two panels were stitched together to make a single curtain in the back, but in the front where they left separate so there was a walk way between the two.

The Picture 3 shows what we did with the rings from the top of the curtain. The hook on the wall is a large 3M command hook. We seldom use the tieback because the curtains just stay where you put them most of the time.

One word of warning - Be careful to allow room for the slide to operate if you have one and it should be obvious but to not connect it to the slide on either end :-)

Hope someone finds this useful.

I could not get inline images to work so here are the links.

1.25 HP waste disposal, 1 hp pump making for a macerator the Tim Taylor would be proud of. Disposal was $90 @ Costco, pump $120 @ Lowes. 1 1/2 PVC to a waste line in the basement with a 50 ft run and 4-5 ft vertical climb. There is back flow prevention at the high point of the line. Since I have to have the pump, I am going to play with laying the disposal sideways to avoid that little rise and get a better flow out of the tanks.
