I did the direct replacement Jack for the Winegard batwing and got improved reception. Two things: make sure the amplifier is on and make sure the Jack is pointed toward the broadcast towers as it has a more narrow field than the Winegard. I verify visually from outside, with a compass and use AntennaWeb - Home to get the bearings for my location. The front side of the Jack isn't inherently obvious so review the manual.

RVRoof is the name of the company. There is a 20year guarantee. They did a complete replacement of all wood, vent covers, and spray RV FlexArmor. When he removed the old roof he found paneling used instead of 3/8" plywood. Here is the link to his website to read more RVRoof.com. I highly recommend him.

I purchased the Fabulous Range Vent Fan at the Winnebago GNR. We liked this idea due to the multiple uses of the fan. Low speed is perfect to vent cooking odors replacing the noisy fan in our range hood cover. On high speed it exhausts our rig. The LED light is very bright or night-light dim.

BTW the small company Fabulous Operating Products is run by the brother of the original Fantastic Fan owner.

Pretty amazing that you found out about it as a Google of their SAM-1 hood range upgrade kit doesn't reveal a single dealer, and 2-3 industry rag announcements as new as 2 days ago.
It looks like a great upgrade. Do you mind saying what you paid for it as I can't find anything on that either?
