Now that's the type of CU I would like to be a member of!

But I can only imagine that they would only loan at that rate with a callable clause or some sort of time limit so they would not expose themselves to losses when the rates start to increase.

I was a VP board member for years on a CU in Burbank called Technicolor so I know how some operate. Not saying yours does the same.

Its's the best credit union in this area, it is a locked in rate and you must have probably high 7s rating... I've been a member of a few but this is the best ...

I would like to join TOO!

My current rate is 5.6% for the next 106 payments. I would love to reduce my monthly payment for that time frame.

Waiting to hear!

Thanks, now all I have to do is to move to one of those specific counties within Texas.

Looks like a great CU to belong to. Unfortunately I am a current Alaskan resident but changing my domicile is not out of the question.

I have lots of Full-Time RV friends who are Texas residents.

I found that one of the 2 credit unions I belong to rate based on credit score, new or used and on length of the loan. After the credit crash, they use many different criteria for loans.
