Years ago i saw a woman killed on rt95 in VA. When part of a broken semi leaf spring went though the windshield of her Volvo through her chest and stuck out the back of the drivers seat. She never knew what hit her.

When I first started driving when there was split rims (now known as fire rings) had one blow off a truck that I was passing and it tore up my left front fender.
