Wheelchair in a class A?

I'm trying to plan a short trip to take my dad with us, he can walk with a walker but cant climb any steps, is there a good way to get him up in my MH short of bolting down a winch and winching his wheelchair up the steps? thanks!

My buddy has a hoyer lift in his motor home. For our houses we build a portable ramp using 2x6 to get him and his chair into our homes. Will his chair fit thru your door?

Not easy but I'd life my spouses mother from the chair and carry her up the steps into a motorhome - later into a 5th wheel we bought. Then I'd carry the wheel chair. She was less than 100 pounds and I was younger and stronger then. Not the ideal way of doing it.

Maybe a long gently sloping ramp he could use his walker to go up. Build it in sections.
Maybe like the 10 footer on this page:
