Where do you put your tailgater for travel?

Just got the King Tailgater for Dish reception.
Just wondering where everyone carries theirs?
Spent some time yesterday looking for a place to put it.

I have room in an outside bay but it is the farthest one back and I worry about constant road vibration doing damage. Would this be an issue?

Also have room in a cabinet next to the front entertainment center but Supreme Commander is concerned it will fly back and hit the glass in the door.

Finally agreed that in the u-shaped dinette if fits (quite well) in a corner and we put the seatbelt around it.

Just wondering what others might do??

We put ours in the back seat of the car. Seems to work well.

Ours rides under the dinning table, no issues so far.

Place ours on the kitchen floor or in the corner in the garage while driving

This is what the prior owner of our Tailgater/RV did. I sold it and put the money in my wallet!

Ours fits nicely next to the bed way up front, we did by mistake leave it in a chair in the rear of the trailer and at the first stop we found it had been launched from the chair and lying on the floor, no damage.

Being worried about vibration during travel, we kept the original box (custom fit foam)...so it goes in the box then the box is in the bedroom.

Our first 2 fears are impact (falling) and long term vibration.

Best luck

After I wipe it down the wife wraps it up and stores it in the bottom of the clothes closet.

For the last 3 years, I have store my Winegard Pathway X2 in a rear compartment passenger side. I never thought about vibrations, but then thinking about it, wouldn't you get the same vibrations inside the coach as you do outside in a compartment?
