I know when we stayed at the Oasis Rv Resort, they had a huge fenced storage lot adjacent to the rv park.

If you can get on base at Nellis, take it to the lemon lot. Put a for sale sign on it for 300% of value. Cheap and well protected. And maybe someone will buy it for 300% of value. Like $20/mo.

That is NOT a negative comment, only factual!
You may expect heat damage to the interior if not stored in a facility that is climate-controlled.
As to a secured lot/facility, a search engine is your friend.

Example; One summer in Florida, we looked at a new 5er for sale. When the salesman opened the door the wooden kitchen table was split in two pieces. The couch fabric was faded and rotted on one end. Carpeting was faded where sun shone on it.

That was a new 5er when it was parked outside by the dealer.
You would not sustain that amount of damage in 3-4 months though. Just be sure to completely cover all windows to block sunlight. High temperatures can dry out wood and cause cracking in dry climates. Some sort of ventilation would be in order.
