hhttp://www.alpinevalleycoffee.com/ttp://One of the cheaper places to buy k-cups is Alpine Valley Coffee. The more you purchase at one time the cheaper it gets. I believe 12 boxes of is still $12.94 with free shipping.

The mini is great for a TT/MH and for $49 it's a STEAL

The least expensive I found it online was $89 and it's the same machine.

Never read the manual. Never descaled our mini and we use tap water or filtered water. So far no problem. When we get on the move I put it on the floor under the dining table. I'm used to power boating so everything is secured before moving the MH. I don't like things hitting the floor while I drive.

Just purchased the Kuerig Elite Saturday for the MH @ $112. While the DW doesn't drink coffee I average three cups a morning and don't like having to add water for each brew, was worth the larger size to me. Another factor is the tank lifts off to fill so I don't have to move the unit to fill it like i did the old maker as the lid would hit the bottom of the cabinets. So far very pleased with it.

The larger Keurig is the right answer if you consume multiple cups at one sitting. The thing we did not like was having to dump the reservoir so as not to spill every time we moved. We have the Elite at home. We always fill the one cup with a cup without moving the machine. Both units open to the same height to load the k-cup.
Bottom line - whichever works for you - they are a great answer to not wasting coffee while still getting a good brew.

Love my mini

My mini was a gift, but i love having it.... I did buy a travel carry bag from Keurig to transport it.... DH has his regular coffee maker, Cuisinart i think.... He does not like flavored coffee and says my flavors contaminate it..... So thank goodness for my mini, i can have flavors and even my new fav chai tea latte... Btw Target has good prices, and even Sams.... Bed Bath & Beyond has the biggest variety... Would definitely replace it, but i also think Mr Coffe has a new k cup mini machine out also....

We have the Platinum at home and after using it for a while I decided to get a B-30 (I think) for the RV. Used it one time and then the RV went into storage for a couple of months. On the next trip the darn thing would not work. Called Keurig and after trying to get it to work they sent me a new one. They strongly suggested to descale it before non use. I think we will take the Platinum on trips and save the B-30 as a backup from now on.

The mini arrived on Saturday, tried it out and works great. Now it's in the TT ready for this Thursday's weekend at Richmond international Raceway. Have a feeling coffee will be much in demand.

I got my GF a mini (K10) for Xmas. Walmart had it for $98 and the K40 for $99. I went with the smaller size to conserve counter top space for her.

I use the Platinum Elite in both S&B and the RV, well worth the space. I have a single cup Keurig but only use that when traveling by car and staying in a motel.

We just bought a new platinum for the S&B and will put the old machine in the rig. Good info on descaling the unit before it goes in.

I have a litle B&D single cup half the size of the one cups made today. I use the cup I plan to use to fill add 1 scoop of coffee to the permanent filter, even add my cream and sugar to the cup and turn on, ready in minutes. I descale with vinegar about every few months just add vinegar and water mix let it run an inch or so into the cup and let it sit a few hours or overnight (I will give it a shake now and then, surprising how much gunk is cleared out. A couple of rinses and it's good for another few months or so.
i have used the same one cup now for 12 years. Not bad for a $4.00 investment at a yard sale!!
For company I use the French press, it is also really good for making tea...

If I want flavour I use Bailey's or Kahlua ....of a chill evening.
