Which states have license plates best suited for our motorhome

So, we just bought a 2002 Holiday Rambler Imperial, and the license plates just arrived.

Well, the motorhome is gray, with charcoal and burgundy stripes and accents. BUT, the Texas plates are black on white, and just don't work for Peggy. She thinks Texas should offer plates that are color coordinated to the motorhome.

I am thinking it would be easier to move to a state that has plate colors that would better compliment the paint job on the motorhome. Painting the motorhome black and white is not an option.

So, does anyone know of license plates that would resolve this problem.

I think South Dakota has sales tax, but no state income tax. But, we have SD tags on everything else, and they don't work for her either.

Virginia has the largest number of specialty license plates (over 200) in the US. And, depending on what county you live in, you may not have to pay PP tax on that motor home.

By far Florida has the largest selection of personalize plates available in the country.

Ken,

Check out this site, plenty here to choose from. Should be able to find something that works with your decor!

When I lived in Florida twenty years ago, had a Purple Heart license plate. Incomplete list?

OP, I assume you're joking, right?

Unless you're a full timer you can't just get a plate from a state you don't reside in.
