Agreed.. Some are saying 'if they knew the rules of the road' which completely ignores the fact that NOBODY seems to know the 'rules', even cops..

I think we all need those bumper stickers that say, "As a Matter of Fact, I DO Own This Road."

Since it can only be true once, why would there be more than the one that I have on MY rig????

It applies to more than one road. I'll own I-10 and you can own I-40.

There was a time that I owned I-95 from Canton, MA to Elizabeth, NJ, but I gave it to one of my co-worker's when I retired.
