The websites have the same logo . . . would lead me to believe it's the same organization. Only difference seems to be the hyphen.

One is the old website and the other the new and upgraded site. They moved their operation to Florida, for among other reasons, so that their mail forwarding has a Florida address. Better tax situation for the fulltimers with a Florida address.

My understanding was that the principles of this company split and went their own separate ways.

That's my recollection also.

It's still one company, but the owners parted ways to keep their finances separate.

This is correct. Two years ago we interviewed with them for a position marketing PA at RV shows & rallies. There are two different PAs, but they do work together toward the same goals.

Actually, we were hired but had to back off because of family health issues...couldn't spend the time on the road required to do the job. The PA we interviewed with is the one now in Crestview FL-their MS based facilities were destroyed by a hurricane. Very nice folks

Seems to me someone has a nice "Service Mark" or trademark/tradename infringement suit potential.

They are definitely too similar so unless they are indeed the same outfit, there will be suits.

This was covered several years ago on another forum by one of the employees. Evidently as I remember, it is two companies and they share the name and cooperate. The country is split up. They evidently share the name, the locations, and have a good relationship. They do look at the different forums and hopefully they will respond on this forum.
