windshield issues

I have a 2005 newmar mountain aire and while driving home last weekend the top windshield seal split and alowed the top part of the windshields to collapse inward. Going to have to replace both windshields and repair fiberglass top cap. Looks like a factory issue but after 9 years im sure newmar will not help any. Anybody have anything similar happen to them.

I would check with Newmar Service first and see what they say. Maybe send pictures
in an email to them. I think they would be interested to know what happened......

When I had the windshields in my HR Imperial, the tech that did the work told me he had a Newmar coach that he took out the old windshields and the cap dropped a couple of inches. He had a bear of a time to get the new windshields back in and then it was back because they were popping out. Do they have a problem or was this a isolated thing. He did a great job on my coach and seemed very knowledgeable.
